It’s that wonderful, yet dreadful time of the year. The time where my clothes have been worn til they’ve worn out, plus the change of the season. This fall, I am making considerably less income than any year before, so I’ve been thinking of thrifting my clothes for the fall and winter. Thrifting sounds like an adventure and a way to find decent clothes for a great price. Not to mention, thrifting is a great way to prevent waste. However, I am aware that it’s not that glamorous. The clothes are already worn, which means they may not last much longer considering the fact that I will be re-wearing them so often. I may have to visit several thrift stores to even find clothes that I find to be wearable and I could end up going to many stores and leaving empty handed.
So I’m not exactly sure about whether or not I will find my fall clothes at thrift shops or if I’ll find another way to bargain shop. Either way, I’ve got to figure it out soon because many of my clothes are going to have to go soon.
